Sudbury Community Festival, scheduled to take place on Monday 27th May at Sudbury's Delphi Centre, has been postponed.
Richard Hibbert, event organiser, says, “It's a great shame but we have made the difficult decision to postpone the festival. This has been the unfortunate result of sponsor withdrawal, coupled with increased licensing and medical support costs to comply with licensing legislation.”
All current supporters and those involved with the event will still be part of the event when it takes place. The Sudbury Community Festival team are looking at dates and are hoping to reschedule towards late summer.
Anyone who purchase tickets online and wishes to redeem refund needs to contact Skiddle on 0844 884 2920. Individuals who purchased tickets through the tourist information office can email email@example.com to receive a refund. Purchased tickets can be kept and exchanged for the new date.
All stallholders have been offered a full refund, but at time of going to press all involved still plan to exhibit at the event.
