Nothing stands still at the Bridge Project for very long. Responding to changes in funding and the government's new strategic direction, the charity has been heralded across the county as a prime example of putting 'Big Society' ideals into practice. We at Mackman are really proud of the Bridge Project and the amazing work the charity does with vulnerable adults across our community, and we're pleased to be joining other community-minded organisations in sponsoring a major fundraising event taking place next month. Friday 17th June is the date for your diary: a dinner and jazz evening at the Masonic Hall, Sudbury with after-dinner speaker Terry Waite and music by the brilliant Accidentals and Flat Broke jazz group. Several of us from the office are going and we'd be delighted to see you there. Pick up the phone or drop us an email if you're interested in supporting the Bridge Project and getting a good night out to boot. You can also see the Bridge Project at this year's Suffolk Show on 1st and 2nd June in the Suffolk County Council marquee.
