Market Research Director

Hi, I’m Vicki and I joined Mackman in April 2025 as a Research Director. 

I have 20 years’ experience at a full-service market research agency managing both quantitative and qualitative research projects. I particularly enjoy the end-to-end project management element of research with the design of the approach, data analysis, and presentation of the final report all key highlights of the research process for me. 

I began my working life as an analyst for an economic development consultancy providing me with strong foundation in research data collection, analysis and reporting and igniting my desire for a career in market research. 

I am a Certified Member of the Market Research Society (MRS) and I have also obtained the MRS Advanced Certificate in Market & Social Research Practice. 

As part of my role at Mackman, I look forward to expanding my skill set further and refining my research skills in the world of B2B. 

Outside of work, I am a keen runner who likes the challenge of a half marathon every now and again. Spending time with my family and enjoying our love of travel is also important to me.
