It’s been a great month for Mackman client The Pheasant, which has been shortlisted for two prestigious awards. The eaterie located in Gestingthorpe near Sudbury is a regional finalist in the Best Food Pub category of the Great British Pub Awards and is expecting a visit from judges to taste their innovative menu in July. Husband and wife team James and Diana Donoghue, who own and run the venue, have also made the last three of the rural business category of the East Anglian Business Awards.

The entry packages for both awards were put together by Paul Mackman, who has years of experience of entering business awards on behalf of clients - a venture, he believes, is worth putting some time and effort into.

He said: “Doing well in awards is good way of raising the profile of a business. It is also valuable for staff morale and an acknowledgement of the goals a business has aimed for.”

What Our Clients Say
We knew straight away that we wanted Mackman to be the brand agency to work with us on our project. We were given a real sense of confidence that they would do a great job and we were not proved wrong. We look forward to ‘growing together’ over years to come.
