On Sunday 7th September, our Technical Lead James Royce, will be taking part in the Great North Run to raise funds for CLIC Sargent (the charity for children and young people with cancer). The Great North Run is the worlds largest half-marathon and James will be joining up to 56,000 other runners on the 13.1 mile course.
The race starts in Newcastle-upon-Tyne and finishes in the coastal town of South Shields. This is James' second half-marathon this year having completed the Southend event in June. James said, "I'm really looking forward to running one of the best known half-marathons in the world and raising funds for such a worthy cause at the same time."
