Marketing is an exciting and dynamic profession to be in, with opportunities available to suit a whole range of interests and skill sets. At Mackman, we are always looking to support people who are considering a career in marketing in East Anglia and further afield, which is why we are hosting our very own Careeriosity session at our offices in Sudbury on Wednesday 1st June.
This event is targeted at young people aged 13 to 24, and will include different stands manned by members of the Mackman team explaining key parts of the business. For example, attendees can learn about getting into marketing and CIM routes for aspiring marketers, such as apprenticeships and higher level qualifications. There will be Catalyst magazines to read and professional marketers to speak to including Paul Mackman, Vice-Chair of the CIM East of England board. Discover how businesses use social media, how customer journeys are mapped, and how we capture footage of clients through video and photography. There will be refreshments on offer and items to take away.

Careeriosity is an initiative from Babergh and Mid Suffolk Councils to encourage young people to find a career that fits with their aspirations. This free session allows you to learn from the talented (and award winning) branding, marketing and research specialists at Mackman Group, and helping young people to start off a Suffolk marketing career.
