Business Administrator Apprentice
Hi, I’m Oscar, and I’m the Business Administrator Apprentice here at Mackman. I’m currently undertaking a Business Administration apprenticeship at Colchester Institute, balancing one day a week in college with four days of hands-on learning in the office.
Prior to working at Mackman, I studied to be a mechanic. My background in mechanics has proven to be valuable in my current role. It’s taught me to pay attention to the finer details and how to solve challenges effectively.
I am predominantly involved with the business finance, working closely with Chloe, our Group Operations Manager. I also carry out manual jobs around the office to keep it in shape!
I’m enjoying gaining practical experience in the industry, and I am keen to learn and grow alongside a fantastic team.
