We are delighted to announce we have welcomed two new additions to our award-winning team. Eliot Houghton and Mil Hare both joined us this month and we wish them every success at Mackman.
We're an ambitious organisation and have doubled in size in the last three years, with a team of 20 now making up the Mackman family. Our growth, in challenging economic circumstances, is testament to our ability to deliver quality marketing solutions that help our clients' businesses grow. Paul Mackman, director, says "We're in a great location where we can strategically serve a wide base of exciting clients. Also, there are a lot of talented people in this part of the world that prove you don't need to go to London for premium professional services like ours."
Eliot Houghton is our new Apprentice Support Technician, who has joined technical department this month. Eliot is undertaking a National Apprenticeship for IT Professionals. He said, "I'm excited about joining Mackman and supporting the busy technical team. Developing my knowledge in this way is great as I can apply what I'm learning to the range of technically sophisticated projects Mackman works on."
Mil Hare has started with us as Communications Assistant, fulfilling a six week Communications Internship Programme. Mil said, "My internship has already equipped me with new, industry-specific knowledge, that will only grow as I continue. I really look forward to getting stuck into the range of projects that the communications department at Mackman deals with, whilst being part of an energetic and inventive team."

Managing Director
Paul is a co-founder and the Managing Director of the Mackman Group. He is a Chartered Marketer and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). He is also a member of the CIM, Eastern Region Board and current Vice-Chair. He has broad commercial and marketing experience across sectors, including retail, hospitality, manufacturing, construction, education and professional services.
