It’s been all go at The Mackman Group this month, with the company growing and changing, to ensure it continues to deliver an excellent service.

James Royce is now the Digital Services Manager for Mackman. His admirable skill set means he’s able to project manage and grow the technical and design teams, supporting them in their development. He is perfectly placed to discuss clients’ more technical requirements, ensuring his team are on time, to budget, and to the highest standard.

Angela Balaam is now a Senior Designer within Mackman. This title change is the result of her natural progression within the company. Angela’s design, branding, and print work is second to none and consistently impresses Mackman’s extensive portfolio of clients.

Due to a growing need to develop the publicity arm of Mackman, Natash Clarke has joined the company as the Communications Officer. Coming from a background in lifestyle magazine publishing, Emma is perfectly placed to develop the PR department, as well as writing copy, sub-editing all outgoing literature, work with the technical team on Search Engine Optimisation, and liaising with clients on a regular basis. Emma is a full-time member of staff, so can be contacted every day of the week.

Luke Roberts joined the company in January 2011 as a Studio Technician Apprentice. This scheme has proved to be a success, with Luke flying along in his position. His technical skills made his promotion to a Developer, an obvious move, now working alongside Bruce and Angela, under James’ supervision.

Finally, Luke’s promotion has meant that Mackman is now recruiting for a new Apprentice Studio Technician. Follow this link to learn more about this exciting opportunity.
