The Mackman team recently collaborated with Greenfields Community Housing to launch a brand refresh and new website to make it easier for residents to access its services.

Greenfields’ new, contemporary website is designed to make it easier for residents to find the information they need. At Mackman, we brought together the expertise of our whole team. Refreshing the brand online and adding a new feature; a Self-Service Portal. This portal allows residents to book appointments and pay rent accounts from the comfort of their home.

Alongside the new website, Mackman also gave the Greenfields logo a refresh.

“Our ambition at Greenfields is improving lives. Our services grow beyond housing, and our new look and website aims to show people just that. We believe in working in partnership with our residents. Their involvement in the development of the new brand and website has been incremental to its success.”

Phil Adams, Chief Executive at Greenfields

Residents have praised the website refresh…

Including Ken Davies who said,“The website is clean-looking, very easy to use. It seems to have all the information and links that you could want.”

Bruce Burgoyne, Creative Director at Mackman said, “It’s been a real pleasure working on this project. Greenfields has always known its own vision and values and what it offers residents and the wider community. We wanted to ensure these values were communicated within its branding.

“The project used the expertise of a wide section of our team, from researchers, web designers and illustrators to branding experts. Only by bringing the different elements together could we create a successful website that gives residents what they need. It’s great to know that it’s already making a difference to residents’ lives.”

Beyond housing, the website continues to support its residents with wider issues. It continues to raise awareness of topics such as domestic abuse and mental health. As well as this, the website aims to provide residents with resources and opportunities to improve their health and well-being. Whether that’s to support them in improving their employment prospects, help them gain more independence or generally live a healthier lifestyle.
