Project Overview
Mackman was approached by Becketts to elevate the branding of their Employee Benefits division.
The objective was to create a distinctive, cohesive identity that would resonate with both corporate clients and employees, while showcasing Becketts’ expertise and commitment to delivering value.
We firstly adopted a holistic approach to understanding Becketts’ goals, values, and target audience. This comprehensive insight informed each stage of the creative process, ensuring that every solution was both strategically aligned and impactful.
Central to this effort was the development of a branding system that positioned the Employee Benefits sector as approachable yet professional. By leveraging Becketts’ existing brand identity, we incorporated modern typography, a refined colour palette, and versatile visual elements to maintain consistency while providing the division with a distinct voice within the organisation.
To further humanise the Employee Benefits offering, we conducted a professional brand photography session. These images captured the essence of Becketts’ team, creating an authentic and relatable visual library that reflected the organisation’s values of trust and collaboration.
To support operational efficiency, we developed a suite of templates for presentations, reports, and other marketing materials. These templates streamlined content creation while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Collectively, these solutions not only enhanced Becketts’ visual identity but also reinforced their reputation as a trusted partner in investment management.
