The Role
We’re expanding our creative team and looking for an experienced multi-disciplinary designer with agency-side experience in:
- Brand identity development and visual systems
- Digital and UX/UI design for web and campaigns
- Print, campaign and motion design
- Creative direction and conceptual thinking
You’ll collaborate with our creative, digital, research and marketing teams to deliver meaningful design solutions that connect strategy with creativity.
About You
You’ll be a confident and imaginative designer who enjoys variety and problem-solving. You might be:
- A freelancer looking for more team collaboration and creative stability
- A mid-weight designer ready to take the next step
- A local creative seeking fulfilling work closer to home
Essential skills & experience:
- Agency-side design experience (2–5 years ideal)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Strong portfolio showing brand, digital, and motion design
- Core understanding of UX/UI principles
- Excellent attention to detail and creative storytelling ability
Desirable:
- Experience with video editing or animation
- Familiarity with WordPress or digital design systems
