Project Overview
The National Flood School set out to create an online version of their widely respected Water Damage Awareness course—an essential training programme that covers the full flood and water damage process. Key topics include flood resistance and resilience, the insurance claims process, the use of drying equipment, and restoring properties to their pre-flood condition.
Recognising the need to make their training more versatile & accessible, the National Flood School looked to expand their reach through a flexible online learning platform. To bring this vision to life, they partnered with Mackman to develop a high-quality, interactive digital course that would match the depth and engagement of the in-person experience.
Mackman undertook the full production process, which included:
- Storyboarding, filming, and editing course content and materials
- AI video production to enhance content engagement and enable quick updating of course content in a fast-paced industry
- Animation and photography to support the learning experience
- Building and integrating a custom Learning Management System (LMS) within the National Flood School’s website
